Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is hiring a hands-on Human Resource Executive in Ubi, Singapore. You will support day‑to‑day HR operations, recruitment, payroll inputs and compliance, working Monday to Friday 9:00–18:00.

This perm role requires 2–4 years HR experience, knowledge of CPF, IRAS, MOM and SDL, and proficiency in MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint. Training coordination, ESG/ISO documentation and payroll support are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant HR experience.
• Familiar with recruitment, employee lifecycle administration and payroll support.
• Knowledge of Singapore HR practices, CPF, IRAS, MOM and SDL requirements.
• Experience with HRIS or payroll systems such as Info-Tech will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with work pass administration, ESG, ISO or audit coordination is useful.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain employee records, HR documents and HRIS updates.
• Prepare attendance, leave, overtime and payroll‑related inputs.
• Coordinate employee engagement, staff welfare, CSR and company activities.
• Arrange internal and external training and maintain training records.
• Support ESG reporting, ISO documentation, social audits and compliance activities.
• Assist with HR letters, insurance documentation and tax‑related administration.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and expiry tracking.
