Job summary

ALLIED SEARCH PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an HR Executive (Recruitment) to manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

You will partner with hiring managers to understand vacancies, set timelines, conduct interviews, and present top candidates. You will develop recruitment strategies across job portals, agencies, career fairs and hiring events, maintain agency relationships, and ensure a smooth candidate experience while complying with regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant recruitment experience preferably in semiconductor or manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies through various sourcing channels, including job portals, recruitment agencies, career fairs, and hiring events.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, establish recruitment timelines, conduct interviews, and present suitable candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, provide interview guidance to hiring teams, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare recruitment reports, monitor hiring metrics, and ensure compliance with employment regulations and recruitment policies.
• Conduct exit interviews, analyse feedback, and provide recommendations to support employee retention and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on market trends and employment legislation while providing HR advisory support and contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures.
