BADALING HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking a responsible HR Executive to support daily HR operations across outlets in Singapore, ensuring timely payroll, accurate records, and compliant practices.

You will manage Times payroll, handle MOM work-pass processes, maintain HR systems, and prepare management reports, while coordinating with staff and government authorities to uphold employment regulations.

Formación

• Diploma or higher qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR working experience.
• Experience in payroll processing and Times Software will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations and MOM work pass procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to multitask, work independently, and demonstrate initiative.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
• Meticulous, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Handle monthly payroll processing using Times Software and ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
• Manage employee income tax matters, including preparation and submission of relevant tax information and filings.
• Maintain and administer the HR system, including employee leave records, attendance, and personnel files.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations through the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) website.
• Prepare, issue, and maintain HR-related documents, including employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other employee correspondence.
• Prepare and update HR reports for management review.
• Handle daily HR and administrative matters, including employee records, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Coordinate and respond to MOM surveys and other statutory or government surveys, where applicable.
• Ensure HR records and processes comply with relevant Singapore employment laws and regulations.
• Liaise with employees, management, and relevant government authorities on HR-related matters.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
