Job summary

BDL Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking a responsible HR Executive to support daily HR operations across our Singapore outlets. You will manage payroll, taxation matters, HR records, and employment documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

You will also handle work passes, onboarding, offboarding, and HR reporting, coordinating with management and government authorities as required. The role demands organisational skills and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with payroll processing and MOM rules is a plus.
• Familiar with Singapore employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Handle monthly payroll processing using Times Software and ensure timely salary payments.
• Manage employee income tax matters, including preparation and submissions of relevant tax information.
• Maintain and administer the HR system, including leave, attendance, and files.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations with MOM.
• Prepare and issue HR documents such as contracts and confirmation letters.
• Prepare and update HR reports for management review.
• Handle daily HR and administrative tasks, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Coordinate MOM surveys and other statutory government surveys.
• Ensure HR records comply with Singapore employment laws and regulations.
• Liaise with employees, management, and government authorities on HR matters.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
