Job summary

ccecc singapore pte ltd is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage the full spectrum of HR operations in Singapore, with a strong focus on payroll, foreign worker management, work pass administration and manpower planning. The role requires close collaboration with site teams to ensure compliant HR processes.

Responsibilities include monthly payroll processing for local and foreign staff, timesheet verification, recruitment and onboarding support, work pass handling with MOM, and

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in construction/engineering.
• Hands-on Singapore payroll processing experience; Timesoft preferred.
• Experience with foreign workers, work passes, MOM matters; construction exp preferred.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle payroll for employees and foreign workers, including attendance, overtime, leave, and deductions.
• Collaborate with operations and site teams for manpower planning and onboarding.
• Manage Work Pass applications, renewals, transfers, and cancellations.
• Handle employee inquiries, grievances, training coordination, and compliance.
• Maintain confidential HR records and support process improvements.
