Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an HR professional to support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and payroll for manufacturing staff in Singapore. You will handle HRIS, attendance, and staff events while ensuring compliance with local employment laws.

The role requires hands-on experience with blue-collar staff, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of HR experience.
• Comfortable handling manufacturing / blue-collar staff.
• Experience with recruitment and payroll.
• Manufacturing HR experience preferred.
• Familiar with Singapore employment laws.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude, confident and good team player.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, resume screening, interviews and onboarding.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.
• Manage payroll inputs and verify payroll details.
• Administer HRIS systems, leave, attendance, claims and employee records.
• Support employee engagement activities and staff events.
• Coordinate training, learning & development and training grants.
• Manage employee benefits and HR administration.
• Handle work pass applications and renewals where required.
• Maintain personnel files and HR documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors providing employee services.
• Support quarterly staff meetings and other HR activities.
• Handle other ad hoc HR duties as assigned.
