Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on HR professional to manage day-to-day HR operations in Singapore. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll administration and employee welfare, with close collaboration to hiring managers to fulfill manpower needs and regulatory compliance.

The incumbent will ensure adherence to Singapore Employment Act, MOM and CPF requirements, and coordinate mandatory trainings while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HRM or equivalent.
• 2 years of full-spectrum HR operations experience.
• Solid knowledge of Employment Act and local HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records and payroll administration.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment including job adverts, candidate screening, interview coordination and offer administration.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify manpower needs, write job descriptions and implement recruitment plans.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, MOM and CPF regulations, and keep management updated on regulatory changes.
• Coordinate mandatory training and maintain training records.

Summary

• Work Location in Gul Circle (Company transport provided)
• Monday to Friday, 8.15am to 5.30pm
• Basic $3000-$3500 plus AWS plus VB
• Headcount: 100 employees (70% local/PR + 30% non local)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, payroll administration and employee welfare.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview coordination, employment agencies and offer administration.
• Work closely with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements, develop job descriptions and implement effective recruitment plans.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and statutory requirements, including MOM and CPF regulations and keep management informed of relevant updates.
• Coordinate employee mandatory training, documentation and maintaining training records

What It Takes:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification
• Good knowledge of Employment Act, local HR practices, and regulatory standard
• At least 2 years of full spectrum, hands-on experience in HR operations
• Experience in using Timesoft is preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
• Well-organized with strong multi-tasking abilities
