Job summary

PEOPLE PROFILERS (SERVICES) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dedicated HR Operations professional to manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance with local laws.

The role requires collaboration with hiring managers and timely employee records management. You will handle job postings, interviews, and coordination with agencies, while ensuring MOM and CPF compliance, training administration, and maintaining accurate HR documentation in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Diploma in HRM or equivalent.
• Solid knowledge of Employment Act and local HR practices.
• Minimum 2 years of full-spectrum HR operations experience.
• Experience with Timesoft is preferred.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-organised with strong multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, payroll administration and welfare.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment including job ads, screening, interview coordination, agencies, and offer administration.
• Work with hiring managers to identify manpower needs, create job descriptions and implement recruitment plans.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws (MOM, CPF) and keep management updated on regulatory changes.
• Coordinate training administration and maintain training records.

Summary

• Work Location in Gul Circle (Company transport provided)
• Monday to Friday, 8.15am to 5.30pm
• $3000-$3500 plus AWS plus VB
• Headcount: 100 employees (70% local/PR + 30% non local)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, payroll administration and employee welfare.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview coordination, employment agencies and offer administration.
• Work closely with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements, develop job descriptions and implement effective recruitment plans.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and statutory requirements, including MOM and CPF regulations and keep management informed of relevant updates.
• Coordinate employee mandatory training, documentation and maintaining training records

What It Takes:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification
• Good knowledge of Employment Act, local HR practices, and regulatory standard
• At least 2 years of full spectrum, hands‑on experience in HR operations
• Experience in using Timesoft is preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
• Well‑organized with strong multi-tasking abilities
