Job summary

Hudson RPO Asia Pacific in Singapore is seeking an proactive HR Executive to support a range of HR activities with a strong focus on learning and development. You will coordinate programmes, onboarding and day-to-day HR operations.

Based in Singapore, you will collaborate with China and North Asia colleagues on regional HR matters and ensure accurate records, reporting and confidentiality. The ideal candidate has a degree or diploma and at least 3 years in HR, with hands-on training

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in HR with 3 years of relevant HR experience, including exposure to learning & development.
• Experience coordinating training programmes from planning to completion and follow-up.
• Prior liaison with China or North Asia offices is essential.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and delivery of learning and development programmes for employees.
• Coordinate training schedules, registrations, attendance, training materials, vendors and post-training administration.
• Maintain accurate training records and assist with learning reports and programme tracking.
• Work with managers and employees to identify learning needs and support development initiatives.
• Liaise with colleagues in China and North Asia on regional HR and learning activities.
• Support onboarding, engagement initiatives and other HR operations as required.
• Provide confidential and accurate day-to-day HR support.
