Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with a global professional services firm to appoint a Regional Learning & Development Specialist to join their Singapore office. This is an exciting opportunity to support learning and talent development initiatives across Asia Pacific while working closely with the Head of Learning & Development within a highly collaborative and people-focused environment.

This individual will be responsible for the execution and coordination of regional learning programmes across the employee lifecycle, including programme administration, stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, learning operations, and training delivery support. The role will also provide exposure to learning design and content development, supporting the creation and enhancement of learning solutions aligned with business and talent priorities.

The successful candidate will partner with business leaders, HR teams, and external providers to ensure seamless programme delivery while driving an engaging learning experience for employees across multiple markets. In addition, the individual will support learning analytics, budget tracking, communications, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen the overall effectiveness of the Learning & Development function.

The successful candidate will be a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented L&D professional with strong project management and stakeholder management skills. Experience supporting corporate learning programmes, learning operations, talent development initiatives, or learning management systems within a professional services or multinational environment would be highly valued.
