Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Executive (Immediate Start!!) at Tuas View to support day-to-day HR operations. You will maintain personal and leave records, handle work passes, and assist payroll and admin tasks.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in HR Management or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience, and has solid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. The role offers regular hours Mon–Fri and an approachable team environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR Management or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Good knowledge of employment laws and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and upkeep personal and leave records with confidentiality.
• Process work passes applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Update TMS reports and overtime requisitions for payroll.
• Track confirmations and ensure timely performance appraisals.
• Prepare HR letters (contracts, confirmation, increments, promotions).
• Recruitment liaison with external vendors and agencies.
• Prepare and submit monthly HR reports.
• Coordinate training programs with trainers and institutions.
• Assist in organizing company functions and staff welfare activities.
• Collaborate with HR Manager on HR and admin needs.
