Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR professional to assist in end-to-end recruitment for local and overseas roles, support with job ads, interview coordination, and onboarding.

You will handle HR administration, compensation and benefits support, employee relations, and maintain accurate records in the HRIS, while coordinating health programs and staff events. This role requires a diploma or degree in HRM or business, with at least two years' recruitment experience; healthcare

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HRM, BA or related field.
• Minimum 2 years HR experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Experience with high-volume recruitment; healthcare sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist recruitment efforts for local and overseas positions, including job fairs and educational institutions.
• Create and review job advertisements, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews with managers.
• Prepare employment contracts, letters, and necessary documentation, and track recruitment progress for open roles.
• Provide administrative support for compensation and benefits, including performance appraisals and staff claims.
• Support employee relations initiatives, ensuring effective resolution of challenges and strengthening workplace relationships.
• Organize social and recreational events to foster interaction and enhance employee well-being.
• Assist in facilitating communication sessions, health programs, and recognition awards for employees.
• Review and update organizational policies and procedures, maintain job descriptions, and manage employee records in HRIS.
• Conduct audits on employee accommodations and exit interviews for departing staff.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
