Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
• Manage Learning & Development administration, training records and grants
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and staff events
• Support payroll processing, benefits and employee claims
• Manage HRIS, employee records and personnel files
• Assist with work pass applications/renewals where required
• Liaise with vendors and internal departments on HR-related matters
• Provide general HR administration and ad-hoc support
