Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, payroll-related tasks, and HR administration across the organization in Singapore.

The role involves coordinating with hiring managers and agencies, maintaining records, handling work passes, and supporting performance management and employee relations. A solid HRIS background and certification are advantageous for this position.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle HR operations and recruitment.
• Experience with HRIS systems and compliance.
• HR certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding, including final payments.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and external agencies.
• Maintain HR records, organisation charts, and HRIS updates.
• Administer work passes (applications, renewals, cancellations, and compliance).
• Monitor attendance and leave records for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Support performance management processes, including probation reviews.
• Prepare HR documents such as letters, confirmations and acknowledgements.
• Assist with employee benefits, insurance, and HR administration.
• Support employee relations with proper documentation and confidentiality.
• Maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate training programmes and manage the internal learning platform.
• Ensure proper documentation, filing systems, and audit readiness.
• Organise employee engagement and welfare activities.
• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and authorities.
• Support expatriate relocation where required.
