Job summary

Visionary Interior Design PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Executive (6-Month Contract) to support our HR function during maternity cover. The role covers payroll, recruitment, HR administration, and government-related matters in a fast-paced SME. You will drive onboarding/offboarding, maintain employee records, and ensure regulatory compliance. The position is based at our Ubi office, with a 5‑month contract starting Nov 2026.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably within an SME environment.
• Hands-on experience in Recruitment, Singapore MOM regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR administration, including records, contracts, renewals, transfers and resignations.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, documentation, system access, interviews, and clearance.
