Job summary

WECRUIT Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, and oversee dormitory and worker management tasks.

You will handle medical and pass administration, maintain records, and support engagement activities, working closely with site admins to ensure smooth HR operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and HR documentation is required.
• Familiarity with migrant worker management and related admin tasks is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate with site teams and manage HR operations efficiently.

Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Managed full-cycle recruitment activities, including job advertisements, agency coordination, candidate screening, interview scheduling, offer preparation, and onboarding processes
• Prepared and maintained employee records, onboarding documents, and HR administrative paperwork

Dormitory & Worker Management

• Coordinated migrant worker dormitory arrangements, fee administration, room allocation, transfers, home leave, and repatriation processes
• Managed dormitory lease matters, including renewals, expirations, and rental coordination

Medical & Work Pass Administration

• Supported PCP subscriptions, Annual Health Screening exercises, medical appointments, and vaccination arrangements for staff and workers
• Handled Employment Pass, S Pass, and Work Permit applications, renewals, medical examinations, and security bond processing

Employee Engagement & HR Support

• Assisted in organizing company events, wellness programs, team-building activities, career fairs, and year-end events
• Worked closely with project site admins and internal stakeholders to support daily HR operations and employee-related matters
