Job summary

Clarity E and C in Singapore is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end sourcing, screening, and interview coordination across functions. You will engage with active and passive talent, maintain an active pipeline, and support offers and onboarding.

This role emphasizes data integrity and metric tracking in ATS, ensuring accurate records and timely communication with hiring managers. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple roles

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referral programs.
• Screening resumes, conducting phone screens or preliminary interviews, and evaluating candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Interview coordination: scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, handling logistics and follow-ups.
• Candidate engagement: building relationships with active and passive talent, maintaining an active candidate pipeline.
• Offer management: assisting with reference checks, extending offers, and coordinating onboarding activities.
• Data & administration: maintaining accurate recruitment records, updating ATS, and tracking hiring metrics.
