Job summary

Culina PTE. LTD. is seeking a Human Resources Executive to manage recruitment, employee records, attendance and engagement programs in Singapore.

The role requires a Diploma in HRM and at least 1 year of HR experience, with strong MS Office, Excel and collaborative skills to support a fast-paced hospitality and retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Management.
• At least 1 year HR-related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Teams and Excel.
• Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment initiatives including job postings, resumes screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews and follow-ups with candidates.
• Coordinate offers and employment contracts with Hiring Manager and shortlisted candidates.
• Onboard new hires, create personnel files and enroll in wellness programs.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and update status changes.
• Manage attendance and leave records to ensure policy and payroll compliance.
• Coordinate group activities and conduct employee surveys as needed.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support and assist with ad-hoc HR matters.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Human Resources Executive to join our team. The main responsibilities will include recruitment, maintenance of employee records, monitor attendance / leave records and coordinating employee engagement programs or activities.

Responsibilities:

• Executing recruitment initiatives including job posting, resumes screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews and following up with candidates on interview arrangements.
• Following up on the interview status with Hiring Manager and the shortlisted candidate to make offer and prepare employment contract.
• Onboarding new hires, creating personnel files, enrolling new hires in wellness programs and managing employee welfare matters.
• Maintaining accurate employee records in the HRIS system, updating new information or any change in employment status.
• Managing employees’ attendance & leave records t ensure their compliance with the HR policies and payroll documentation.
• Coordinating employee activities to support group initiatives, and conduct employee surveys when needed.
• Providing support for day-to-day administrative functions and assist with ad-hoc HR matter as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Management.
• Minimum 1 year HR related work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including MS Teams and Excel.
• Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
• Team player, ability to act with professionalism and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
