Job summary

Culina, a leading purveyor of specialist epicurean foods and wines in Singapore, invites a Human Resources Executive to join its team. You will handle recruitment, maintain employee records, monitor attendance, and coordinate engagement activities.

This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment processes, onboarding, and welfare matters, working closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate experience and strong staff welfare programs.

Responsibilities

• Executing recruitment initiatives including job posting, resumes screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews and following up with candidates on interview arrangements.
• Following up on the interview status with Hiring Manager and the shortlisted candidate to make offer and prepare employment contract.
• Onboarding new hires, creating personnel files, enrolling new hires in wellness programs and managing employee welfare matters.
