Job summary

4PLUS8 Group is seeking an HR Executive to manage the full employee lifecycle across its three entities in Singapore. You will be the day-to-day contact for HR matters, supporting recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, attendance, and payroll coordination.

The role requires 2–4 years of HR generalist experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations. Singaporean/PR preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR generalist experience, ideally in a multi-entity or SME environment.
• Working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
• Organized, discreet, and comfortable managing sensitive information.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Singaporean/PR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, work pass applications/renewals, and exit processes.
• Administer leave management and attendance across all three entities.
• Support payroll processing and coordinate with finance for multi-entity payroll accuracy.
• Prepare HR letters (employment, confirmation, testimonials, etc.) and maintain up-to-date employee records.
• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and employment law across entities.
• Support performance review cycles and staff communications.
• Assist with employee relations, grievance handling, and workplace policy implementation.
