Job summary

SAY WAH WELDING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Executive to manage the full employee lifecycle at our Singapore site. You will handle onboarding, offboarding, contracts, payroll, attendance records, and compliance with MOM regulations.

The role involves coordinating recruitment, supporting training initiatives, and preparing HR documentation, with responsibilities spanning daily administration and strategic HR support.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of HR experience preferred.
• Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave, and personnel records.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore MOM employment regulations.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, and candidate screening.
• Support employee engagement and training initiatives.
• Assist with HR reports and administrative duties.
• Provide general HR support to management and employees.
• Other ad-hoc tasks.

Salary: SGD $2,800 - $3,200 per month

Working Location: Jalan Terusan

Working Days: 5.5 days
