Job summary

TIONG SENG CONTRACTORS (PRIVATE) LIMITED in Singapore is seeking an HR Executive to support recruitment, onboarding, work pass administration, and learning & development in a fast-paced construction environment.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, conduct New Hire Orientation, handle work pass applications (WP, S Pass, E Pass) for foreign employees, and coordinate in-house and external training with vendor liaison.

Qualifications

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, selection, onboarding).
• Conduct New Hire Orientation and ensure smooth integration.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (WP, S Pass, E Pass) for foreign employees.
• Maintain and update staff access cards and HR records.
• Verify and process HR-related invoices and payments.
• Coordinate training programs (in-house & external), including vendor liaison and scheduling.
• Arrange in-house/external training courses and coordinate arrangements for internal/external courses and seminars.
• Provide administrative support for HR projects and daily operations.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
