Job summary

CHANG HUA CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a diligent HR professional to support foreign employees in Singapore. You will handle payroll, training, recruitment, and work pass applications.

Assist with workers' compensation, dormitory housing, and HRIS implementation while maintaining accurate records. Fresh graduates are welcome; the role requires independence, strong organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must have diploma or degree in HR or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the construction industry.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and meticulousness.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions for foreign employees, including payroll, training, and recruitment.
• Manage work pass applications.
• Administer workers' compensation processes.
• Coordinate housing arrangements such as dormitory contracts, check-in/out, and related matters.
• Maintain personnel records and ensure filing is up-to-date.
• Assist with HRIS system implementation.
• Take on any other duties as assigned.

• Handle company worker’s accommodation such as dormitory rental contract, check in & out and all related matters
