Job summary

Sing Wah Enterprise Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an HR professional to manage full-spectrum HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, CPF contributions, and leave administration. You will ensure compliance with the Employment Act and MOM regulations while handling work passes and training records.

You should have a diploma or degree in HRM with at least 2 years in HR, and be proficient in HR/payroll systems and MS Office. The role is on-site near Tai Seng MRT, with great benefits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HRM or related field.
• At least 2 years of full-spectrum HR experience.
• Familiar with Employment Act, CPF and MOM work pass processes.
• Experience in construction or engineering industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in HR/payroll systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-spectrum HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
• Process monthly payroll, CPF contributions and annual IR8A submissions
• Administer leave, medical claims, benefits and employee records
• Manage work pass matters (Work Permit and S Pass applications, renewals, cancellations) and MOM requirements
• Track staff training and certification records, including mandatory safety courses
• Support HR policy implementation and ensure compliance with the Employment Act and MOM regulations
• Assist in employee engagement and ad hoc HR projects

What We Offer

• 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
• 14 days annual leave, increasing by 1 day per year from the 3rd year of service, up to a maximum of 18 days
• Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) of 1 month, pro-rated
• Outpatient medical claims of up to $50 per MC (upon confirmation)
• Annual health screening of up to $250 (upon confirmation and completion of 1 year of service)
