Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in Accountancy or Finance required.
• ACCA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• At least 2 years of full-set accounting experience is required.

Aufgaben

• Handle full set of accounts: AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliations.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing and prepare management reports.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns.
• Track project costs, progress claims, retention sums and receivables vs budgets.
• Process supplier and subcontractor payments and follow up on outstanding collections.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and banks.
• Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring and ad hoc finance tasks.

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree inAccountancy or Finance, or ACCA/equivalent
• At least 2 years offull-set accounting experience
• Knowledge of SingaporeGST and SFRS
• Experience in theconstruction or engineering industry, especially project costing and progressclaims, is an advantage
• Proficient inaccounting software and Microsoft Excel

What We Offer

• 5-day work week,Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
• 14 days annual leave,increasing by 1 day per year from the 3rd year of service, up to a maximum of18 days
• Annual Wage Supplement(AWS) of 1 month, pro-rated
• Outpatient medicalclaims of up to $50 per MC (upon confirmation)
