Job summary

Sing Wah EnterprisePte Ltd, a Singapore M&E contractor, is hiring a Mechanical/Building Services Engineer to assist ACMV installation planning and site supervision for New Build, A&A and maintenance projects. You will coordinate with main contractors and consultants, read drawings, and help prepare progress reports and handover documentation.

The role suits fresh graduates with relevant diplomas or degrees, good coordination and communication skills, and willingness to work outside

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in ACMV installation projects is an advantage
• Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSS) certificate is an advantage
• Able to read engineering drawings and specifications
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Able to support site activities outside office hours from time to time, in line with project schedules

• Supervise site works, subcontractors and workers to ensure work quality, schedule and safety compliance
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants and clients on site matters, shop drawings and material submissions
• Monitor site progress and prepare progress reports
• Assist in testing and commissioning, and prepare handover documentation
• Support the preparation of progress claims and variation orders
• Ensure compliance with WSH requirements and the company's ISO management systems

What We Offer

• 5-day work week,Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
• 14 days annual leave,increasing by 1 day per year from the 3rd year of service, up to a maximum of 18 days
• Annual Wage Supplement(AWS) of 1 month, pro-rated
• Outpatient medicalclaims of up to $50 per MC (upon confirmation)
• Annual health screeningof up to $250 (upon confirmation and completion of 1 year of service)
• Work Location: Near Tai Seng MRT
