Job summary

ITE is seeking an HR Digitalisation Specialist to lead the digital transformation of HR operations, automating manual processes and re-engineering workflows to boost efficiency. You will partner with HR teams to identify opportunities and deliver tech-enabled solutions backed by data and analytics.

You will design automations using Power BI, Power Platform, RPA and AI-enabled tools, support change management and user adoption, and help measure improvements through dashboards and reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing digital transformation and productivity improvement projects.
• Meticulous with ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments, in teams or independently.
• Proficient in Power BI, Power Platform and familiar with RPA tools.
• Experience in Data Science/ Programming (Python) and AI analytics.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritise and scope opportunities to digitalise and automate HR processes for greater efficiency and productivity.
• Design, build and implement automations, digital tools, apps and workflows using available technology (e.g. Power Platform, AI tools).
• Support change management and user adoption; work on data, dashboards and reporting to sustain improvements.
• Undertake other responsibilities to support digitalisation efforts in HR.
• Helm a HR functional area to better understand HR operations and needs.
