Job summary

The Institute of Technical Education (ITE) is seeking an HR Digitalisation Specialist to drive the digital transformation of HR operations, automate manual tasks, and implement tools that boost efficiency. You will partner with HR teams to re-engineer workflows and deliver technology-enabled solutions with measurable impact.

You will build dashboards and data models, leverage Power BI and Power Platform, and champion adoption of new digital tools while ensuring governance and change management

Qualifications

Experience in digital transformation projects and HR processes.
Proven ability to design and deliver automation solutions.
Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday) preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to digitalise and automate HR processes for efficiency.
Design, build and implement automations, tools and workflows using available tech.
Support change management and user adoption; work on data systems, dashboards and reporting.
