Job summary

Thales Group in Singapore is seeking a motivated HR Automation Intern to support digital transformation across the employee lifecycle. You will collaborate with HR, Digital, and business teams to identify automation opportunities and improve efficiency using HR technology.

Responsibilities include building automated workflows with Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Power BI, creating dashboards, UAT testing, and developing user guides to drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, analytics, IS, CS, or engineering.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform welcomed.
• Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, SQL, or Python is advantageous.
• Understanding of process mapping and workflow design.
• Experience with AI tools, chatbots, or digital solutions is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work across teams.
• 6-month full-time commitment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support automation and digitalisation of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Identify manual tasks suitable for automation and propose improvements.
• Help develop and maintain automated workflows using Power Platform and HR systems.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into automation.
• Create dashboards and reports to monitor HR metrics.
• Assist in testing, UAT, and documentation.
• Support data quality initiatives and continuous improvement.
