Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking an HR AI Solutions Engineer to design, develop and deploy AI-enabled applications and workflow automation solutions that boost productivity and employee experience.

You will partner with business stakeholders to capture needs, identify digitalisation opportunities, and build practical tools such as dashboards, employee portals, approval workflows and self-service platforms.

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent in Information Systems, CS, or Software Engineering.
Experience in application development, automation or digital transformation projects.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and platforms.
Experience with databases, APIs and workflow automation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Gather business requirements and identify opportunities for digitalisation and automation.
Design and develop internal systems, portals and workflow solutions using AI-enabled development tools.
Develop solutions such as claims management, onboarding workflows, performance management, and approvals.
Develop HR AI agents to streamline administrative processes.
Integrate systems and data through APIs and automated workflows.
Create reports, analytics and dashboards to support decision-making.
Conduct system testing, user training and deployment.
Maintain system documentation and post-implementation support.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify business use cases.
