IPOS International seeks a strategic, hands-on leader to drive the review and transformation of our HR system and payroll operating model, and to champion HR digitalisation and AI adoption. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will own the full transformation lifecycle—from requirements definition and tendering to implementation, UAT, go-live and stabilisation.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in HR, IS, BA or related field.
• 8+ years in HR systems, HR tech, or digital transformation.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end HR system and payroll operating model review.
• Assess payroll in-house vs outsourced model; recommend optimal approach.
• Develop comprehensive business, functional and technical requirements for HR processes and payroll.
• Lead tender and procurement including vendor evaluation and award criteria.
• Drive end-to-end implementation: design, data migration, integrations, testing, cutover and go-live.
• Oversee HR modules: Payroll, Employee Data, Recruitment, Onboarding, Offboarding, Leave, Claims, L&D, Performance.
• Plan UAT, payroll validation and parallel runs; defect resolution and sign-off.
• Drive change management, training and post-implementation stabilisation and monitoring.
