Job summary

Certis Tech Ops and Services is seeking an Assistant Manager for Employee Data Management to lead a team responsible for accurate maintenance of employee data and HR transactions within the Shared Services environment. You will oversee SAP HR data administration, support payroll-related processes and ensure data governance and confidentiality.

Collaboration with Payroll, HR and IS teams is essential for successful data changes and system updates.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems or related discipline.
Experience in HR operations or HR Shared Services with high-volume, time-sensitive transactions.
Hands-on experience with SAP HR/HCM or similar HRIS.
Experience supervising or leading an operational team.
Experience supporting payroll inputs, audits and process improvements.

Responsibilities

Motivate, coach and support the team while ensuring quality, productivity and SLAs.
Act as escalation point for complex employee data matters and coordinate timely resolutions.
Ensure accurate, timely input of employee and company data in SAP with audit and confidentiality controls.
Collaborate with Payroll and HR teams to reflect changes for payroll processing.
Governance: adhere to policies, SOPs, access controls and data-management requirements.
Drive process improvements by identifying gaps and implementing system enhancements.
Maintain SOPs and training materials; prepare reports and workload metrics.
