CERTIS TECH-OPS AND SERVICES PTE. LTD. invites an experienced Assistant Manager, Employee Data Management to lead a team responsible for accurate and timely maintenance of employee data and HR transactions within the Shared Services environment in Singapore.

The role emphasizes SAP employee data administration, payroll-related support, data governance and confidentiality, with a focus on driving process improvements and service delivery efficiency across Payroll and HR teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems or related discipline.
Experience in HR operations or HR Shared Services with high-volume, time-sensitive transactions.
Hands-on experience with SAP HR/HCM or comparable HRIS preferred.
Experience supervising or leading an operational team is required.
Experience supporting payroll inputs, audits, SLAs and process improvements is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead Employee Data Management Operations, coaching team and ensuring quality and adherence to service levels.
Manage SAP Employee Data and Transactions with audit, compliance and confidentiality.
Collaborate with Payroll and HR teams to reflect data changes for payroll processing and downstream HR activities.
Coordinate with Business Units, HR Partners, Group HR and IS teams on policy, process and system changes.
Ensure governance and data confidentiality, handle audit requests and escalate risks or non-compliance.
Drive process improvements by identifying gaps, root causes and implementing workflow and system enhancements.
Maintain SOPs and training materials; prepare reports and workload metrics.
