Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking a Data Governance Senior Manager/Manager to steward HR master data across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and related HR systems. You will partner with People Analytics, HR Tech, and global teams to ensure data accuracy, standardisation, and compliance.

You will drive data integration, governance controls, and data migration initiatives while supporting the Global Job Architecture and system enhancements to enable analytics and future AI-enabled capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, Master Data Management, Data Governance, or HR Technology.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Experience supporting HR system implementations, enhancements, or data migration projects.
• Experience working with global/regional employee populations and HR data structures.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Process improvement and continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience in large and complex organisations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain data standards, validation rules, and master data maintenance processes.
• Monitor and resolve data quality issues across the employee lifecycle.
• Support the implementation and ongoing administration of ST Engineering's Global Job Architecture framework and related HR system projects from a data perspective.
• Own global data standards, definitions, and controls across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and related systems.
• Support employee and organisational data integrations across SuccessFactors and connected systems.
• Support the integration and harmonisation of employee data across Singapore, the United States, and other international entities.
• Manage and monitor data flows between SuccessFactors and platforms like JobKred, payroll, learning systems, Active Directory, and analytics platforms.
• Support audit reviews and data control activities.
• Provide operational support and guidance to HR stakeholders on master data matters.
• Deliver training and awareness sessions on HR data standards and best practices.
• Drive process improvements to improve data quality, operational efficiency, and data governance compliance.
