Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring to support HR data management and the Performance Management module. The role covers UAT, defect tracking, user guides, and go-live communications, with a contract period from December 2026 to April 2027 at the Novena site.

The ideal candidate holds a degree, has strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables), sharp analytical abilities, and attention to detail.

Formación

Minimum Degree in any discipline.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

Support enhancements to the Performance Management module in the HR system, including executing UAT, tracking and closing UAT defects, updating user guides and preparing go-live communication materials.
Support internal and external audit exercises, including data collation, verification and stakeholder coordination.
Perform HR data validation, reconciliation and reporting to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Prepare and consolidate HR reports, audit submissions and union-related data requirements.
Work closely with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to gather information, monitor deliverables and support key HR initiatives.
