Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a disciplined HR Operations professional to support service delivery across HR processes.

You will handle inquiries, maintain dashboards, coordinate Employment Pass renewals, and drive process improvement while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

This 1-year contract, based at Raffles Place, offers a structured environment with exposure to governance, data quality, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• A university degree in HR, Business or related discipline.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with HR processes, shared services or operational excellence is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for HR Operations inquiries.
• Act as SME on HR Operations processes and services.
• Monitor and respond to HR inquiries via mailboxes, portals, and systems.
• Ensure timely resolution of employee queries within SLAs.
• Escalate issues and keep stakeholders updated on progress.
• Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence and business partners.
• Administer Employment Pass renewals and related documentation.
• Perform data entry, document verification and transaction processing.
• Maintain HR Operations dashboards and service metrics.
• Support leave coverage, ad hoc activities and projects.
• Period: 1 year contract; Location: Raffles Place; Working Hours: 9am-6pm.
