Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a contract HR data support to assist from December 2026 to April 2027 at the Novena location. The role involves UAT for the Performance Management module, data validation and reporting, and coordination for audits and union data requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a degree, demonstrates strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and can work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Support enhancements to the Performance Management module, including UAT and go-live communications.
• Support internal and external audit exercises with data collation and coordination.
• Perform HR data validation, reconciliation and reporting for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and consolidate HR reports, audit submissions and union data requirements.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to monitor deliverables and support key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support enhancements to the Performance Management module in the HR system, including executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), tracking and closing UAT defects, updating user guides and preparing go-live communication materials
• Support internal and external audit exercises, including data collation, verification and stakeholder coordination.
• Perform HR data validation, reconciliation and reporting to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and consolidate HR reports, audit submissions and union-related data requirements.
• Work closely with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to gather information, monitor deliverables and support key HR initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience in HR, data management or administrative functions with good interpersonal skills (EQ) ia an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables .
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
