Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Executive for a 4-month GOVT assignment in Novena. You will support HR system enhancements, run UAT, prepare go-live communications, and assist with data validation and reporting.

In this role you will collaborate with HR Partners and stakeholders to gather information, monitor deliverables, and support key HR initiatives, while maintaining compliance and accurate HR data. Office hours, Mon-Fri, in central Singapore.

Qualifications

• Min degree in HR/Business or similar with at least 3 years of relevant HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Support enhancements to the Performance Management module in the HR system, including executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), tracking and closing UAT defects, updating user guides and preparing go-live communication materials
• Support internal and external audit exercises, including data collation, verification and stakeholder coordination.
• Perform HR data validation, reconciliation and reporting to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and consolidate HR reports, audit submissions and union-related data requirements.
• Work closely with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to gather information, monitor deliverables and support key HR initiatives.
