Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an HR Data & System Analyst to support HRIS enhancements, perform UAT, data validation and reporting. You will coordinate with HR partners and auditors to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role demands attention to detail, strong Excel skills with VLOOKUP and PivotTables, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with VLOOKUP and PivotTables.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support enhancements to HR system's Performance Management module, including UAT, defect tracking, user guide updates, and go-live communications.
• Assist with audits via data collation, verification, and stakeholder coordination.
• Conduct HR data validation, reconciliation, and reporting for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and consolidate HR reports, audit submissions, and union-related data.
• Liaise with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to gather information and track deliverables.
