Recruit Express Pte Ltd (Healthcare & Life Sciences) is hiring an HR Administrator on a 6-month contract in Singapore. You will support end-to-end HR processes, including performance management, recruitment coordination, onboarding/offboarding, and staff engagement.

The role requires strong Excel skills, data handling, and the ability to coordinate with stakeholders. Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) is advantageous, and meticulous, independent work is valued.

• Strong Excel skills and data validation.
• Experience with HR data reporting and analytics.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Support end-to-end performance management and appraisal administration
• Coordinate performance moderation, logistics, HR data and system-related matters
• Support recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling and career fairs
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation and offboarding activities
• Support staff engagement and recruitment events
• Maintain employee records, personnel files and HR documentation
• Prepare HR reports and provide general HR operational support
