Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a candidate to support Group HR in Recruitment Lifecycle initiatives with exposure to HR analytics and automation. You will work on building practical tools and translating complex information into clean outputs, collaborating with healthcare cluster colleagues.

Ideal candidates have a diploma in HR or related fields, demonstrated Power Automate experience, and advanced Excel/VBA skills, with a disciplined approach to confidential data handling.

Qualifications

• Diploma graduates in HR, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Proven delivery and rollout of automation projects using Power Automate.
• Strong in Microsoft Office, AI tools like Co-pilot, Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, formulas; VBA or macros).
• Structured and ability to handle confidential data professionally.

Responsibilities

• Enhancements to SRIRACHA and OHMO Power Automate processes.
• HR process & automation exploration for hiring senior residents and other specialists.
• Support enhancements and build an efficient process to onboard specialists.
• Consolidate and clean HR data from existing HR systems into a structured Excel master file.
• Identify recurring manual processes and propose Excel- or VBA-based automation ideas to improve efficiency.

About the role

Support Group HR in Recruitment Lifecycle initiatives. The candidate would have exposure to HR analytics, and automation to support Recruitment, Cluster Performance Management, and promotion activities. Working closely with entity colleagues across the healthcare cluster. The candidate is expected to work with data, building practical tools, and translating complex information into clean, user-friendly outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Enhancements to SRIRACHA and OHMO Power Automate Processes
• HR Process & Automation Exploration (SRIRACHA looks at hiring exiting Senior Residents from MOHH to join healthcare as Specialists while OHMO looks at hiring of all other specialist hires)
• Support the enhancements and build of an efficient process flow to onboard specialists
• Consolidate and clean HR data extracted from existing HR systems into a structured Excel master file
• Identify recurring manual processes within the Department for enhancements and propose Excel- or VBA-based automation ideas to improve efficiency

About you

• Diploma graduates in HR, Data Science, or related disciplines
• Proven delivery and roll out of various automation and enhancement projects using Power Automate
• Strong in using Microsoft Office, AI tools like Co-pilot, Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, formulas; VBA or macros)
