Job summary

BACHY SOLETANCHE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Administrator to manage EP/S Pass and dependent pass applications, onboarding processes, and updates to HRIS.

The role requires strong communication and meticulous record-keeping to support a busy construction environment. You will coordinate with employment agencies for foreign workers, arrange dormitories and safety courses, handle medical claims, and serve as a friendly contact point for staff with HR-related questions while meeting tight

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR or Communications or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related working experience.
• Knowledge about construction industry.
• Experience handling construction workers staying in dormitories.
• Able to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Submit EP, S Pass and Dependent Pass applications including posting of job advertisement and translation of non - English certificates
• Renew and issue EP, S Pass and Dependent Pass
• Submit immunization verification for dependents of foreign employees including the translation of certificates
• Update MOM changes to personal particulars of foreign employees
• Submit levy waiver claim
• Coordinate with employment agency on the hiring of new work permit workers which includes flight bookings, dormitory arrangement and safety course arrangement
• Coordinate with employment agency on the renewal and issuance of work permit
• Maintenance and upkeep the various dormitory rooms
• Serve as a contact point between HR and workers for any HR related matters / questions
• In-charge of dormitory renewal, rental invoices and sourcing for new dormitory rooms if required
• Coordinate interview arrangement
• Submit medical claims to insurer
• Assist staff with technical issues on our Company's panel app
• Update staff personal, education and training details in HRIS system
• Prepare monthly onboarding for new staff
• Any other ad-hoc task assigned by supervisor
