Job summary

LBD Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an independent HR Officer to support recruitment and HR operations for multiple construction projects. You will handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and MOM work pass processes while ensuring accurate records and compliance with company policies.

The role requires a diploma in HR, at least 2 years in HR/recruitment, and ability to work across several sites. Immediate availability is preferred and proficiency in MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or relevant qualification in Human Resource or related field.
• At least 2 years of HR or recruitment experience preferred.
• Experience in construction industry or handling foreign workers will be an advantage.
• Familiar with MOM work pass procedures and onboarding process.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple companies/projects.
• Fast learner, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for office staff and construction workers.
• Post job advertisements on recruitment platforms and arrange interviews.
• Coordinate hiring process, onboarding, and orientation for new employees.
• Process work permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and other MOM-related matters.
• Liaise with MOM, agencies, dormitories, and medical centres when required.
• Maintain proper employee records and HR documentation.
• Monitor workers’ pass expiry dates, medical check-ups, and renewals.
• Assist with employment contracts and HR administrative matters.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore MOM regulations and company policies.
• Support daily HR operations and any ad-hoc duties assigned.
