Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR or related field.
• Good knowledge of MOM and BCA labour rules.
• Meticulous, patient and results oriented.
• Good communication and problem solving skills.
• Work independently and efficiently.
• Experience with Opensoft is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in construction company.

Responsibilities

• Assist manager with full spectrum of HR functions.
• Work with recruitment agency and educational institutions for new workers and interns.
• Administer onboarding and termination process.
• Manage and organize workers’ P files, attendance and leave applications.
• Plan and arrange dormitory, transport, training, work pass application/renewal for workers.
• Process workers’ overtime claim and payroll reports.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters.
• Manage PCP to cover all foreign workers.
• Renewal and claims of corporate medical insurance and work injury compensation insurance.
• Support and organize company events or team bonding activities.
• Other ad-hoc works assigned.
