HOMIE TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an HR Administrator with a Diploma in HRM or related field to handle work pass applications, payroll, CPF and tax filings, and HR records.

You will support recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and ensure compliance with MOM regulations and local laws, while maintaining accurate documentation and coordinating with benefit providers.

Qualificações

• Diploma in HRM, Business Admin, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Handle work pass applications, renewals and related matters.
• Manage employee insurance purchases and renewals.
• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Liaise with MOM on employment-related matters.
• Administer CPF submissions and compliance.
• Prepare and coordinate income tax filing (IR8A and related submissions).
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations.
• Assist with other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
