Job summary

Nomura’s HR Rewards team seeks a senior HR analytics professional to advise on compensation, run the year-end cycle, and perform benchmarking across International Wealth Management and related divisions. You will partner with HRBPs, COOs, and Remco to deliver governance-ready insights and drive analytics innovation.

You will leverage Excel, data-visualisation tools, and HR platforms to deliver concise executive-ready analyses and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation, reward, or HR analytics within financial services or a complex multinational.
• Commercial awareness of global compensation structures with variable and fixed pay.
• Experience delivering front-to-back year-end compensation, including bonus modelling and salary review.
• Proficiency with market data providers and HR analytics platforms; strong Excel skills.
• Ability to present concise, impactful analyses to senior management and Remuneration Committee.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR BPs and divisional leadership to deliver compensation advisory, benchmarking, and annual review support.
• Manage the year-end compensation cycle for IWM, including bonus modelling and pool management.
• Conduct benchmarking and survey analysis to evaluate fixed pay ranges and total compensation.
• Provide cross-divisional compensation analytics across Asia ex. Japan region.
• Support Remco materials, governance reporting, and policy documentation.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Strategy to deliver people analytics and insights.
• Work with Group Head of Reward on firm-wide compensation projects and standards.
• Drive innovation in compensation analytics tools, processes, and methodologies.
