Qualifikationen

• Background in Mass Communication, Public Relations or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting internal and external HR communications and campaigns.
• Familiarity with employer branding, digital content creation and social platforms.
• Ability to draft clear messages and maintain brand tone.

Aufgaben

• Draft and design internal HR communications such as announcements and staff updates.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing across digital platforms.
• Create visual content using basic design tools and assist in photo/video shoots.
• Assist in managing HR channels like intranet and internal social platforms.
• Help plan HR events and staff engagement activities.
