Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, public relations, journalism or content development.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills with proven experience developing content for varied audiences.
• Experience creating corporate announcements, employee communications, website content, social media content or employer branding materials.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, approvals and deadlines across functions or markets.

Responsibilities

• Craft clear, engaging narratives that translate business, technical and people-related topics into audience-appropriate communications.
• Edit and refine content to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency and alignment with brand voice.
• Support the planning and execution of communication programmes across multiple functions or markets.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver timely updates, change communications, campaign messaging and organisational news.
• Coordinate approvals, stakeholder inputs and deadlines to ensure smooth delivery of communication assets.
• Work closely with senior leaders, functional teams and subject-matter experts to gather insights and shape communication outputs.
• Manage multiple stakeholders across different markets, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the content development process.
