Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; internship or up to 1 year HR/recruitment experience is advantageous.
• Familiarity with sourcing platforms and professional networking sites is beneficial.
• Interest in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and talent engagement.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment tools or HR tech is beneficial.
• Analytical mindset with interest in using data to improve recruitment outcomes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of talent acquisition strategies.
• Manage recruitment process including CV screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Assist in preparing job descriptions and interview questions.
• Support job fairs, campus recruitment, and hiring events.
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline through various sourcing channels.
