Job summary

SCREEN SPE Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Executive for the Corporate Services & Strategy team to oversee HR operations, talent acquisition, onboarding and learning & development, with a strong focus on compliance and statutory reporting.

You will manage HR analytics, employer branding, travel arrangements for engineers and staff, employee engagement initiatives, and provide general administrative support while handling confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR or Management.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• HR Operations: provide day-to-day HR support and maintain records.
• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: manage full recruitment life cycle and onboarding.
• Learning & Development: coordinate training programs and track completion.
• Employment & Statutory Compliance: handle work passes and statutory reporting.
• HR Analytics & Reporting: prepare HR reports and dashboards.
• Employer Branding & Corporate Support: manage LinkedIn and staff travel arrangements.
• General administrative support for HR and office matters.
